- Change of Mind: For returns due to change of mind, you may return the item within 30 days, but please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. The returned item must be unused and in its original packaging. We will issue a full refund for the item price, excluding the original shipping cost.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method. Please be aware that your bank or financial institution may require additional processing time for the refund to reflect in your account.
